The VF Delta Series a thermistor type flow meter that picks up the occurrence of vortex which is caused by the flow velocity change in the manner, changes in thermistor temperature, and series of pulses proportional to the flow velocity.The gas purge type version is designed to be suppressed with a clean gas on room temperature from an external source to the thermistor sensor. Because of this, it gives an accurate flow measurement of gases that has dust, mist, and other gases because the fluid do not touch the sensor.Moreover, the series does not have moving parts which makes it operational with low pressure loss.
