The XGS-600 Gauge Controller is a very flexible design that can be easily adapted to the specifications of the selected measurement application, as it is able to accommodate up to six different gauge cards in any desired combination. It accepts all three different kinds of cards so it can operate with all Agilent vacuum gauges that include: convection gauges (thermocouple or ConvecTorr), hot filament ion gauges and inverted magnetron gauges (cold cathode or Penning). In addition to high flexibility it can provide parallel operation of up to 12 different gauges. It is secured against power failure as it keeps all setting information on a flash memory and is able to display readings for up to 8 gauges at once.
